Great location for exploring the area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was hearty, delicious and a great way to start the day.
The staff need better training. Some were friendly, but service was generally poor. The smoking at the outdoor table put me off using this space.

The hotel was conveniently located, close to the city center and the harbor area. the room was quite spacious, with a sizable bathroom. the breakfast was decent, with some culinary surprises, like fresh herring with pear. the staff was always hospitable and accommodating.
Sadly, the hotel service could have been more professional and efficient.

Great food and cozy ambiance
During my Christmas stay, I liked the food offered at the hotel restaurant. It was simply delightful. The ambiance of the place was also quite cozy and charming, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a warm holiday meal. the hotel is located in a key spot that made it easy to access various sites and activities in the area.
I disliked the poor service I experienced during my stay. The staff seemed to lack professionalism and care towards customers.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Moreover, the hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. On top of that, we found it convenient that the hotel had parking space and was located near the city center and not far from the harbor.
Nothing we didn't like to be fair.
